Rowan Atkinson, célèbre comédien britannique, est né le 6 janvier 1955 à Newcastle, en Angleterre. Connu principalement pour ses rôles emblématiques de Mr. Bean et Johnny English, Atkinson a débuté sa carrière dans des spectacles de one-man-show avant de se lancer dans la création de la série culte "Mr. Bean" pour la BBC, qui compte 14 épisodes de 28 minutes. Sa transition vers le cinéma a été marquée par des performances remarquables et diversifiées.

Atkinson, souvent comparé au Louis de Funès britannique pour son talent comique burlesque, a su marquer le cinéma avec son style unique. Outre ses rôles dans "Mr. Bean" et "Johnny English", il a joué dans des films variés comme "Jamais plus jamais", un James Bond avec Sean Connery, et a eu des apparitions mémorables dans "Quatre mariages et un enterrement" et "Love Actually". Connu pour son habileté à faire rire, Atkinson a également joué dans "Hot Shots 2".

En dehors de sa carrière d'acteur, Rowan Atkinson est passionné de voitures de sport, possédant notamment une Bugatti Veyron et une McLaren F1. Cependant, cette passion a également été source de danger, l'acteur ayant survécu à plusieurs accidents graves, dont un en 2011 où sa McLaren F1 a été complètement détruite après avoir percuté un arbre.
